A true paradise on the shores of Lake Paladru. Luxury, tranquillity and pleasure are present !
The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is located in a large garden with flowers and trees of 2 500 m closed, the garden ends with a private beach and a pontoon.

Every Sunday morning, the Avenue du Lac comes alive and welcomes many textile and food exhibitors. You will fill your baskets with good local, organic or seasonal products: fruit and vegetables, fish, cheeses, honey, olives, sausages...

By mountain bike, VTC, CYCLO and VAE, pedal as you wish and enjoy magnificent panoramas and fresh air! Mountain bike circuits on the VTT-FFC marked area of the lake of Paladru and the Val d'Ainan, cycling tours or adapted to electric bikes (VAE).
